The Strength Book

Hello Friends,

Many of us are outsourcing our health to the hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and the healthcare system overall, including mental health.

There is definitely a place for the health care system in diagnosing and treating health issues BUT we should be focussed on preventative methods to stay out of the system in the first place. Some of these preventable diseases/issues are:

  • Hypertension
  • Diabetes
  • Obesity
  • Cardiovascular diseases 

I decided to start a newsletter dedicated to help you take accountability for your health and well being. My newsletter provides information, resources and products that focus on the prevention of health issues as well as the maintenance of good health.

These pieces of information, resources and products are centered around basic health and fitness hygiene. I look at exercise, proper diet and self-help the same way I look at personal hygiene measures such as brushing your teeth and taking a shower. It should be done EVERYDAY.

This publication was initially a book of a compilation of articles I’ve written over the course of the last 3 years.

I go by the alias Anthony Boyd & this blog is my series of theses on philosophy, spirituality, physical expression of strength & human behavior through self-reflective spoken & written word. I’ve been a Union Delegate for 6 years. During this time I have developed countless leadership skills that I’ll be sharing with you all on this blog.
