Let me tell you about a little thing called, “Discipline.”

Discipline frees you from the shackles of mediocrity.

Many people resent how disciplined I am. I get it. It’s a reminder of how lazy they are.

But here’s the thing I love about discipline, it’s a low cost of entry. Anyone can partake.

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, I am not particularly talented at any one thing. I tend to be more spread out in my skills. A jack of all trades.

But I’ll tell you what, I am one of the most disciplined people you will ever meet plus I have tenacity to match like a motherfucker.

I just don’t quit no matter what.

There truly is nothing special about people who are successful.

I’ll even posit that many of them aren’t that talented.

The thing with successful people is that they just never quit. They are disciplined enough to just go and get after it.

If a man doesn’t discipline himself, he’s giving the permission to others to discipline him.

If a man doesn’t discipline himself…he gets disciplined by others!

What kind of life is that?

Discipline is the planting of seeds who’s fruit you feed on come harvest time.

Discipline is freedom from scarcity.

When you can compel yourself to just do the work through grit, discipline and tenacity, there is NOTHING you can’t do.

Generally, I am a happy man.

You know why?

Because I have discipline. Discipline comes with accountability.

Accountability is assuming control over the things you legitimately have control over in your life.

When you have this perspective, you’re happy by default because you know that YOUR LIFE is in YOUR HANDS.

It’s kills me when people blame everyone else for things that’s happening in their life.

How can it be anyone else’s fault that you aren’t where you want to be? All it takes is discipline.

I am passionate about discipline because it is all anyway truly has.

So start building something. Do what you want.

People say that they need “motivation” or “inspiration” or a “spark,” a “muse,” etc but if you depend on those fickle items to get going, you won’t do much of anything.

My advice is to be disciplined and let all of that find you on your way to your destination.

Life is short.

Do not waste it by letting your will Power dwindle away to nothing.

You was put here in this earth to do something.
